Very large venue,with a booming sound system,and great accoustics. Three floors of space to give the attendees plenty of room. Has a large stage riser, and a bar situated just right. Very polite and professional staff, rounds out the great experience. The Chocalate Factory is the go-to spot for sophisticated 420 events.

Love this place. The only downside is that it's not open consistantly every weekend like a club. Always a great time, especially the Soul in The Horn events!

Great venue, Coat check available, great vibes, and amazing drinks! (sometimes serve chocolate at the bar) upstairs deck available to the public, and an amazing sound system as well. You will have a great night here!

all the staff i interacted with were actually some of the nicest/chill "dance club" staff i've ever encountered. sound was excellent. some areas you could actually talk and others you could be engulfed by bass. was not tooo hot. there was a decent fan near front stage right (that also blew bubbles on occasion). lighting was good. vibes were good overall and i feel like most people danced the night away.

Was there last night. Nice atmosphere but half of the place was cold and the security was seriously next level power tripping. Heard them talking disrespectfully to many people throughout the night including my friends as well. Bathrooms were a free for all, kinda unpleasant.
